About Us

Jim Elliott has been a real estate appraiser in Houston since 1974. He is a state certified residential real estate appraiser, licensed real estate broker and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Employee Relocation Council. Jim's expertise and knowledge of the appraisal business has allowed him to be called upon as an expert witness in court.

Jim was a Lead Appraiser with Great Western Mortgage for four years (1991-1995). His responsibilities included appraising as well as supervising and reviewing the work of the other appraisers covering the Houston territory.

Jim accepts appraisal assignments on all types of real property. He is also authorized to perform appraisals for FHA Mortgage Insurance purposes.

EDUCATION:

Jim attended the University of Houston. His studies included Business Administration with an emphasis on courses in finance.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS:

RAA- Residential Accredited Appraiser designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors Appraisal Section.
CRP- Certified Relocation Professional designation awarded by the Employee Relocation Council, for relocation appraisal expertise.
